Why are giraffes so tall? How can camels survive 15 days without water? Why do wood toads stop their heartbeat for months?! In this course, we will examine Earth’s biodiversity through the lens of the Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection. We will examine evidence for this theory, and different types of animal adaptations for you to create your own “Crazy Creature” to survive in a specific habitat. We’ll then examine genetic inheritance through Punnett Squares to determine if your creature's offspring could survive and thrive.
