In Brilliant Brains, young scientists will explore the fascinating world of the brain, diving into the autonomic nervous system, different brain states, and powerful mindfulness strategies. Through critical thinking, exciting activities, and creative exercises, students will learn how their brains control everything from heart rate to stress responses, while discovering ways to stay calm and focused through mindfulness techniques. This course will empower young learners to understand how their brains work and provide them with tools to be their best selves!
